So I got weighed yesterday and had lost 1lb, which I suppose isn't too bad seeing as though I've been to Pizza Express AND Pizza Hut this week! Pizza is not even something which usually gets me but it really has this week. So I thought I'd talk a bit about how I got on with eating out AND a little motivation I have set myself.
Pizza Hut is definitely not known for its healthy choices and looking in my WeightWathchers eating out guide, I was sort of dreading it, but I was going with my boyfriend and we hadn't been out together for a while so I wanted to make the most of it. I hate going out and feeling like I'm on a diet!
To get round it, we shared a large pizza (half margherita for me, half bbq chicken for Dan) which meant there were 4 slices for me at 8 pro points a slice. I also made the most of the unlimited salad, and filled up on lettuce, carrot and cucumber (and a few cheeky bacon bits). After eating so much salad, and doing a lot of talking, I ended up eating 2 slices of pizza and being full. Successful meal out, and only using around 18 points. Amazing.
As for Pizza Express, this was a quick decision whilst out with my Mum and sister so I couldn't research before hand. However, they do Leggera pizzas, which are delicious and under 500 calories! I had the Pomodoro Pesto Leggera and it was delicious. It comes as a normal pizza but has a hole in the middle filled with salad. It was 13 points and worth every single one, I would definitely recommend it. My Mum also does WeightWatchers with me, and had a Leggera Superfood Salad which is under 300 calories! When it came it looked delicious and my Mum really enjoyed it.
We've been singing Pizza Express's praises all week after we enjoyed these meals so much!

Finally, to motivate myself a little more, I've decided that once I get to my first goal, I'll treat myself to some new clothes for the gym. I love the Blogilates tops but I don't know if I'm comfortable enough to wear something like that yet, so I'm going to keep and eye out for something nice to treat myself! I love the Blogilates videos for times when I don't make it to the gym, they're so fun but you can definitely feel them working. Call Me Maybe Squats is definitely my favourite.
I meant to take more pictures this week but I forgot! My Mum did take this one of me though, enjoying a Kopparberg in the tiny bit of sun we had. I don't look very comfortable, but my hair looks long so it's ok :)
